Sephora VIB Spring Sale Haul!!

Twice a year Sephora has a major sale where all items in their store are 10%-20% of depending on your Beauty Insider status. Since I am a Rouge (embarrassing but not surprising) I gain early access and that 20% discount. I wanted to show you guys items I picked up, some were re-fills of products I love and use all the time. Whereas others were some fun items that were more luxury that I thought now is the time to try with a slight price decrease to them πŸ˜‰

I will list the original price of each item, as well as the sale price that I paid for reference. Have no fear if you missed the sale this time around, Sephora’s second big sale tends to happen in the fall as the start of the holiday shopping season!

Natasha Denona Biba Palette $129 (Sale: $103)

First up, my most major purchase is the Natasha Denona Biba Palette. Now, I know…that price tag is HEFTY. To be transparent, it wasn’t my personal money spent on this since my grandmother sent me some money for my birthday. I wouldn’t have gotten it otherwise…I don’t think. Anyyyywhooo, I have always heard amazing and unbelievable things about ND products; the creaminess, the blendability, the formulation, etc. But I just never thought any of her larger palettes were worth it. When she released this neutral palette however, I thought if I was ever to spend $129 on a palette this would be the one, as I know I could get the most use out of it. I researched this palette like crazy guys, read every single review possible, watched videos and still was on the fence cause the price tag. But let me tell you that when I say I have used this every day since I got it, I am not lying. It is BEAUTIFUL. I intend to write a full review on this soon so I will save the details for later. However, if you are looking for a nice neutral palette and you have the money to spend, I would highly recommend it.

Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer Full Size $54/Mini Size $20 (Sale Full $43/Sale Mini $16)

The following product was a re-purchase; The Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer. This is my all time favorite primer since it controls oils so well, has SPF 15 and helps to create a blurring effect on the skin. I do also feel as if this primer helps my makeup last longer and helps with it not settling into my fine lines. It is insanely pricey for what it is but the full size lasts me about a year. I opted for the mini for $20 so I could have more spending money on other items but I usually buy the full size. I likely will do that once I finish this mini up!

Natasha Denona Mini Nude Palette $25 (Sale $20)

Next up, is the Natasha Denona Mini Nude Palette. I simply bought this as an extension to the Biba palette. One of the only complaints I had about Biba is that I wish there were more shimmers (there are only 3). This little mini palette felt like a good addition to it without causing me a ton of additional cost. I’ve heard her mini palettes don’t always have the same formula as her larger but this specific one has been the best one so far and on par with quality according to reviewers. It will also be great for traveling or taking on the go. I’m excited to use this as a standalone as well as a companion to the Biba palette.

Farmacy Clean Bee Ultra Gentle Facial Cleanser $28 (Sale $22)

Another re-purchase of mine was the Farmacy Clean Bee Ultra Gentle Face Cleanser. I received a mini size of this product in my Boxycharm and fell in love with it instantly. I use this every morning when I wake up. It smells really nice, the ingredients are great and my skin feels super soft and clean after using it. It does not make my skin feel taught or like it has been stripped. Instantly knew I had to buy the full size once I ran out and no better time to do so than during a sale!

Sephora Favorites Lashtash To Go $28 (Sale $22)

The Sephora Favorites Lashstash To-Go I bought simply because the deal couldn’t be surpassed. You get 5 mini size luxury mascaras and within the box you get a voucher for a full size of your choice from those 5 at no additional cost. The average cost for one of these full size mascaras is about $28 and you get to use up the other minis as well. I will be stocked on mascara for quite sometime! Plus, I never buy high end mascaras anymore just cause there are so many good ones at the drugstore so it is a nice treat to use these high end ones πŸ™‚

Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask $22 (Sale $18)

For another repurchase I got the Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask. I always get the mini version of this since I don’t use it super often. I bring this bad boy out whenever my skin feels a little dry or have dry patches. It is supposed to help with oily skin as well; oily skin needs hydration too! It smells like watermelon candy and I always wake up with soft and supple skin. I sometimes use it as just a regular face mask too when I don’t wanna sleep with it. It does not transfer (somehow!), repairs the skin while you sleep and you wake up with a glow!

Marc Jacobs Enamored Lipgloss Stick $28 (Sale $22)

My best friend Alex picked this product up for me as a birthday gift πŸ™‚ The Marc Jacobs Enamored Hydrating Lip Gloss Stick in Mocha-Choco-Lata! I have been eyeing this for awhile and yes, it is silly to spend this much for a lip gloss but after seeing all the reviews and fellow bloggers recommend it, I caved and wanted to give it a shot. I love the color and how moisturizing it is. It’s very pretty alone or on top of nude lipstick. It doesn’t have the best staying power but it’s very comfortable. Is it worth the price tag? Probably not haha but I am going to keep it cause I love the packaging and the product itself.

Natasha Denona Bloom Blush & Glow Palette $55 (Sale $44)

Last, and definitely not least, another Natasha Denona palette. The Natasha Denona Bloom Blush & Glow Palette. I have never tried her face products and this little fella kept popping up on every single person’s “VIB Sale Recommendations” video. Again, I researched and read all the reviews possible. I was nervous how this product would be on my fair skin but I figured if anything, I can return it thanks to Sephora’s policy. But also, plenty of reviewers claimed this worked wonderfully for their fair skin and to just go in with a light hand and pay attention to the “how-to” video. So far, it’s beautiful and you can really layer each one on top of another and create a ‘glass skin’ effect.

And that rounds up this haul! Hope you enjoyed seeing some of the products I picked up, some tried and true and some luxury splurges!! πŸ™‚

Did you pick anything up from the Sephora Spring Sale? If so, what items were they? Let me know in the comments! If you would like an in-depth review of any of the items above please let me know πŸ™‚ As well as if you would like to see more haul posts here on my blog!
